The Altador Cup prize point cost for this item was a whopping 10,000 points! By comparison, the Halloween Paint Brush only required, 2,000 points.

This item is only available to those who have reached a certain point in the Altador plot. Once awarded, it can never leave the account, giving it no true value within the Neopian economy. Most keep it in their possession just for the giggle that they get every time they read the item's name.
