This is how I spend my skills points:
Rohane:
I will spend my skill points on
(1) Damage Increase
(2) Innate Magic Resistance
(3) Innate Melee Haste
(4) Critical Attacks
I will increase these skills in this order (1-4) until all these skills reached level 12.
When it hits level 12 for all these 4 skills, I raise Critical Attack and Damage Increase to Level 14.
At Level 10:
Damage Increase: 3
Innate Magic Resistance: 3
Innate Melee Haste: 2
Critical Attacks: 2
At Level 20:
Damage Increase: 5
Innate Magic Resistance: 5
Innate Melee Haste: 5
Critical Attacks: 4
At Level 30:
Damage Increase: 8
Innate Magic Resistance: 7
Innate Melee Haste: 7
Critical Attacks: 7
At Level 40:
Damage Increase: 10
Innate Magic Resistance: 10
Innate Melee Haste: 10
Critical Attacks: 9
At Level 50:
Damage Increase: 14
Innate Magic Resistance: 11
Innate Melee Haste: 11
Critical Attacks: 13
At Level 60:
Damage Increase: 14
Innate Magic Resistance: 11
Innate Melee Haste: 11
Critical Attacks: 14

Mipsy:
When I got her, I was given 10 points to spend on her. This is how I spent it:
7 Direct Damage
2 Innate Melee Defense
1 Innate Casting Haste
At that point, Mipsy was hit quite badly, so I spend 1 more point on Melee Defense.
That makes it:
7 Direct Damage
3 Innate Melee Defense
1 Innate Casting Haste
Then I will upgrade her Direct Damage to Level 15.
When Direct Damage hit Level 15, I will raise Innate Melee Defense and Innate Casting Haste to Level 11.
When this is done, I will spend the rest of the points on Group Haste till it reach level 15.
Level 20:
Direct Damage: 15
Innate Melee Defense: 3
Innate Casting Haste: 2
Level 30:
Direct Damage: 15
Innate Melee Defense: 7
Innate Casting Haste: 7
Level 40:
Direct Damage: 15
Innate Melee Defense: 11
Innate Casting Haste: 11
Group Haste: 3
Level 50:
Direct Damage: 15
Innate Melee Defense: 11
Innate Casting Haste: 11
Group Haste: 12
Level 60:
Direct Damage: 15
Innate Melee Defense: 11
Innate Casting Haste: 11

Talinia:
When I found her, I have 23 skill points to spend. This is what I did:
12 Increase Bow Damage
6 Multiple Targets
3 Innate Magic Resistance
2 Innate Melee Haste
Then I spent 5 points on shockwave, raise my Innate Magic Resistance and Innate Melee Haste to Level 6 each.
Then I will spend the rest of the points on Ranged Attack.
Level 30:
Increased Bow Damage: 12
Multple Targets: 6
Shockwave: 5
Innate Magic Resistance: 3
Innate Melee Haste: 3
Level 40:
Increased Bow Damage: 12
Multple Targets: 6
Shockwave: 3
Innate Magic Resistance: 6
Innate Melee Haste: 6
Level 50:
Increased Bow Damage: 12
Multple Targets: 6
Ranged Attacks: 6
Shockwave: 6
Innate Magic Resistance: 10
Innate Melee Haste: 9
Level 60:
Increased Bow Damage: 12

Velm:
I spent Velm's skills like this:
15 Single Healing
10 Group Shielding
2 Mesmerization
3 Innate Melee Haste
3 Innate Melee Defense
Then I upgrade Group Shielding to level 15.
Then I spent the points on Innate Melee Haste and Innate Melee Defense to Level 11 each.
After this, I spent 5 points on Group Healing.
Level 40:
Single Healing: 15
Group Shielding: 15
Memorization: 2
Innate Casting Haste: 4
Innate Melee Defense: 3
Level 50:
Single Healing: 15
Group Shielding: 15
Memorization: 2
Innate Casting Haste: 9
Innate Melee Defense: 8
Level 60:
Single Healing: 15
Group Shielding: 15
Memorization: 2
Innate Casting Haste: 11
Innate Melee Defense: 11
