The Concert is held at the Tyrannian Plateau
Go to the Ticket Booth to get a ticket first.
Then go to Concert Hall to watch the concert.
Hurry, only 2,500 ticket sold at the ticket booth. Or else you have to go to the Wizard to get the ticket which is more expensive.
