Step 2:
1. Read chapter Three's comic. 
2. In the 2nd page of the comic, click on the last panel.
It will bring you to the Hall of Heroes.
Now Click on 3 statues.
In the order of:
1. King Altador, 
2. Jerdana the Protector, and 
3. Siyana 
and you will be given the Wind Up Pocket Watch.
