There is a few questions on how to spend the skills points and what skills to get to help in the quest. This is from my experience.

To begin with, there are 7 points to spend. I start with these skills:
1 Shock Weapons
1 Disable
1 Fortitude
1 Shockwave

1 Life Weapon
1 Field Medic
1 Lifesteal


Level 1-5
Then as I roamed around the plain of neopia and gain points, I will spend the skill points on Life Weapons until it reaches 5. This way, the weak healing potions will heal 15 hp.


Level 6-12
Once my Life Weapons reaches 5, I will spend the rest of the skill points I earned on Shock Magics. That means by Level 12, my skills will look like this:

5 Life Weapons
1 Field Medic
1 Lifesteal

3 Shock Weapons
3 Disable
3 Fortitude
3 Shockwave


Level 13-23
11 skill points to spend. Spent it on Life and Shock Magic so that your skills should look like this:

5 Life Weapons
2 Field Medic
2 Lifesteal

5 Shock Weapons
5 Disable
5 Fortitude
5 Shockwave

Level 24-28
There are 5 points to spend on anything you want. I spent 3 points on Fire Magic and 2 points on Spectral Magic.

1 Fire Weapons
1 Firepower
1 Fire Ball

1 Spectral Weapons
1 Evasion


By Level 28, my skills look like this:

5 Life Weapons
2 Field Medic
2 Lifesteal

5 Shock Weapons
5 Disable
5 Fortitude
5 Shockwave

1 Fire Ball

From Level 29 to Level 44, I spent my skill points like the following so that by Level 44, you skill looks like this:

6 Shockwave

Fire Magic:
1 Fire Weapons

I spent the last few skill points on Shock Magic. At Level 50 when I am ready to face the big boss, my skills look like this:
