Finally got it today when I went to collect my Daily Dare Prize after winning Abigail in the Kiko Match Game.
How to get:You need to complete at least 15 challenges either winning Abigail or AAA or a mix of both and then collect a Daily Dare prize.
But there is no SHH event. So you need to check your avatar list.
For those who has not been playing the challenge, you have 4 more days to do it. This event ends on March 31 (NST).
